How Do I Apply?

Step –I

Read the Membership Terms & Conditions carefully before proceed for Registration.

Step- II

Download the Application Form click here for Download and take the print out of Proposal for Membership Form, Fill the Form and sign.

Step-III

Your Application Form has to Proposed by two of the Life Members of the Association with their name, Membership no, mobile no along with signature.

Step-IV (Documents Required)

Before Proceed for Online Apply you must have following Documents ready with you in PDF Format for uploading.

• Scan copy of Application Form
• Prof of Age (Ex. Scan Copy of PAN Card, Driving License, 10th Certificate etc.)
• Address Proof (Ex. Scan Copy of Voter Id, Aadhar Card )
• Certificate of Qualifications
• Certificate of proof from Head of Department in the case of Students / Scholar / Residents / Affiliated member and Indicate IAPM life member number of HOD

Step-V (Online Apply)

If you have covered the above steps then you can apply online. Apply here

Step-VI (Basic Registration Process)

After Completion of Basic Registration Process, you will receive a Pre-Registration Number along with your Login Credential via E-mail or SMS. Kindly Activate your account by click on activation link in the Email.

Step-VII (Document Upload)

Now you can login through member login section and Upload the Requisite Documents by click “Upload Document “Button.

Step-VIII (Online Payment for Membership)

After Step-VII, Do the Payment Online as per the membership you have applied for by click on “Payment” Button. After Successful of Payment you will receive an acknowledgement.

Step-IX (Allotment of Membership Number)

After successful verification of all your Documents by our official, you will receive your IAPM membership number via E-mail or SMS.
