Membership fees: One-Time Payment to Life Time Membership (as amended in 2016)

If you are a First-year postgraduate in pathology student and wants to become a life member by paying onetime fee
(Three years associate membership fees i.e. (1000×3 ) = 3000/- + five years ordinary membership fees(5000/-) + life membership fees(5000/-) i.e 10,000/- )

If you are a Second-year Postgraduate in pathology student and wants to become a life member by paying onetime fee (Two year associate membership fees i.e (1000 x2) 2000/- + five years ordinary membership fees(5000/-) + life membership fees(5000/-) i.e 10,000/-)

12,000/-

If you are a Third-year Postgraduate in pathology student and wants to become a life member by paying onetime fee
(One year associate membership fees i.e (1000 x1) 1000/- + five years ordinary membership fees(5000/-) + life membership fees(5000/-) i.e 10,000/-)

11,000/-

MD, DNB and/or DCP can pay five years ordinary membership fees(5000/-) + life membership fees(5000/-)

10,000/-

Postgraduate in pathology can pay for three years as associate membership fees i.e.(1000x3 )

3,000/-

Postgraduate in pathology can also pay for only one year as associate membership fees (From January to December)

* Post graduates who opts for any of first three options, will have to submit MD certificate after passing out. Then only they will be converted as OL member

How Do I Apply?

Step –I

Read the Membership Terms & Conditions carefully before proceed for Registration.

Step- II

Download the Application Form click here for Download and take the print out of Proposal for Membership Form, Fill the Form and sign.

Step-III

Your Application Form has to Proposed by two of the Life Members of the Association with their name, Membership no, mobile no along with signature.

Step-IV (Documents Required)

Before Proceed for Online Apply you must have following Documents ready with you in PDF Format for uploading.

Scan copy of Application Form
Prof of Age (Ex. Scan Copy of PAN Card, Driving License, 10th Certificate etc.)
Address Proof (Ex. Scan Copy of Voter Id, Aadhar Card )
Certificate of Qualifications
Certificate of proof from Head of Department in the case of Students / Scholar / Residents / Affiliated member and Indicate IAPM life member number of HOD

Step-V (Online Apply)

Step-VI (Basic Registration Process)

After Completion of Basic Registration Process, you will receive a Pre-Registration Number along with your Login Credential via E-mail or SMS. Kindly Activate your account by click on activation link in the Email.

Step-VII (Document Upload)

Now you can login through member login section and Upload the Requisite Documents by click “Upload Document “Button.

Step-VIII (Online Payment for Membership)

After Step-VII, Do the Payment Online as per the membership you have applied for by click on “Payment” Button. After Successful of Payment you will receive an acknowledgement.

Step-IX (Allotment of Membership Number)

After successful verification of all your Documents by our official, you will receive your IAPM membership number via E-mail or SMS.
